Welcome to Wilton Place Elementary School, an award-winning school of the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD).  We are a California Distinguished School, a Title I Academic Achievement School, and a School for Advanced Studies.  We are also the only school in the district to offer Dual-Language Programs in both Korean/English and Spanish/English for Grades K-5.


In addition to academic excellence, Wilton Place has a reputation for engaging with the community and the cultural diversity of Los Angeles.  We have several cultural festivals and events throughout the year, including Cinco de Mayo, Lunar New Year, and Black History Month.  We are also strongly dedicated to arts education, with instructions in dance, drama, music (including orchestra), and visual arts.


Wilton Place School is committed to empowering students to become independent, self-motivated learners and problem-solvers. Our passion is to "Teach, Challenge, and Inspire" our students, so that they are prepared for 21st-century challenges.

Test Prep Tips for Parents:

  • Mark the testing days on your calendar.
  • Give your child a chance to practice.
  • Get your child to School on time the day testing begins.
  • Attendance is a priority and important for overall success.
  • Make sure your child gets a good nights sleep the night before the test.
